Job Requirement

• Experienced in turn-key development, implementation and maintenance of large-scale, multiplatform, multi-vendor systems in the IT and engineering domain. Large-scale program
  management of multi-service line teams, including strong project management and
  communications skills, service delivery, client relations, planning, scheduling, budgeting,
  financial management, resource management, quality assurance and situational negotiations
• Good presentation skills, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and customer-service
  orientation
• Strong technical experience in architecture design, including SOA architecture, security, best
  practices and knowledge of emerging trends
• Hands on, self-directed executive who plans, prepares and executes professionally
• Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar projects in the government and /or
  commercial sectors
• Good team player and able to work on assignment independently
• Ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines
• Ability to build and manage trusted relationships across different levels of stakeholders
