Job Summary: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products, and familiarity with CRM and sales tools.


Job Requirement

Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and networking. ● Prospect Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and potential fit with our products. ● Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively articulate value propositions to prospects. ● Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads. ● CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in CRM systems such as SalesForce and Hubspot. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights for continuous improvement. ● Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities and results to the sales manager. ● Leadership: Refine the process, build a team of SDRs, and scale the process. Requirements: ● Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales development or similar role. ● Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with at least two of the following tools: SalesForce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Outreach. ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate product knowledge effectively. ● Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed. ● Adaptability: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing environments. ● Team Player: Strong team collaboration skills with a willingness to support team objectives.
